Good Questions

Good Questions

I don’t sell strategy.

I don’t pitch products, or chase platform clout, or chase likes on LinkedIn pretending it’s influence. I don’t cold DM. I don’t offer “value” in exchange for followers.

I am searching for great questions.

So I can answer them.

That’s it. That’s the engine.

A good question is not a prompt. It’s a test. It invites clarity. It exposes what’s broken. And in the right hands, it installs leverage.

Most don’t ask good questions. They ask for validation. Or affirmation. Or easy shortcuts to problems they haven’t defined. They ask to feel busy. To signal intellect. Or to avoid consequence.

But the ones who know—the founders, the operators, the sovereigns—they ask questions they’ve already tried to answer. The ones that hurt. The ones that cost them. The ones that built them. Those are my people.

So I built Proconsul. Not as an AI assistant. Not as a GPT playground. But as an encoded decision system. A sovereign sequence that takes the unstructured, and makes it operable. A mirror for founders. A forge for consequence. The right tool, for me.

Not everyone understands it. That’s fine. I’m not here for everyone. I’m on Bluesky for the same reason I built the Toolkit, the Doctrine, the books, and the compression systems.

I want a better conversation.

A sharper one.

Product idea. An “AI” that helps men buy thoughtful and meaningful gifts for their wives/SO. This is clearly a widespread and unsolved problem, and the alternatives - asking friends or kids for suggestions or defaulting to traditional gifts - are rife for disruption. Unsure of business model.

Tether
Tether This is not a gift assistant. It’s a masculinity mirror. The product isn’t about buying flowers. It’s about restoring masculine agency in relational investment. You’re solving a power inversion — where men, often emotionally inarticulate, outsource intimacy to default behaviours. Chocolat…

Saeed asked a simple question. A fun one. A product idea—an AI that helps men buy better gifts. Most would see novelty. Or commerce. I saw inversion. Masculine drift. Intimacy loss disguised as consumer friction.

I turned it around in two minutes. Not because I’m a genius. Because I’ve built the infrastructure to test questions fast. Because the work is built. The architecture is installed. The only variable is: what lever does this activate?

Tether isn’t about gift-giving. It's about restoring masculine agency in relational investment. It's a mirror, not a machine. A power reframe, not a utility.

That’s what this work is. Every piece.

You see a problem. I test it.
You bring motion. I build the structure.
You want partnership. I look for consequence.

One of my favourite moments of answering a question like Saeed's, was this one:

I replied to a post from Alexis Ohanian on Linkedin.

He said:

“The wildest company pitch I've ever heard? I told Katelin Holloway it's gotta be an app that allows us to communicate with babies before they can talk. And someday, we might actually get there thanks to AI ↓”

I wrote this:

We’re not selling solutions. We’re triggering clarity. Compressing complexity. Deleting drift.

The Proconsul system was designed for this. It’s not a brand. It’s not content. It’s a doctrine. And for those who are ready—it’s infrastructure you can move with.

This week we’re beginning a new sequence. Building out European Movement Canada. Not for politics. Not for performance. But because sovereignty requires structure. Citizenship is not a vibe. And culture needs command.

That’s the next question I’m answering.

You want to know what I do? I hunt for the real question hiding beneath the one you asked. I expose drift. I name cost. And I build the system that replaces it.

I don’t need an audience. I need the right people, asking the right questions.

So here’s mine.

What’s the question you’ve been living with, but haven’t solved?

That’s where I begin.

This is what I’m working on. Tell me what you think, I enjoy the conversation! Subscribe and follow the work in real time.

Thanks!

I’m here to answer.

The real work is answering the question that cost you something to ask.

That’s Proconsul.

It’s the infrastructure beneath every real answer.
