Money Boss

OPERATOR OF CAPITAL
You are not applying for a job. You are stepping into command.
I do not need someone to help me with money.
I need someone who sees money the way I see construction — as architecture. As leverage. As consequence.
I am building multi-million dollar developments.
I have land. I have plans. I have motion.
What I do not have is time — to chase, soothe, convince, report, or follow up.
You will take over the capital seat.
This means:
- You install, manage, and optimise all financial infrastructure — from fund flows to investor reporting to capital stack compression.
- You coordinate directly with lenders, partners, brokers, and buyers.
- You handle pre-sales strategy and implementation.
- You filter and prioritise capital relationships, keeping them aligned with project velocity and operational timelines.
- You interface with legal and compliance to structure terms that compress risk and expand freedom.
- You sit between me and the money. I do the build. You make sure the money is there.
This is not a finance role.
This is not analysis. This is not back office.
This is front-line capital orchestration.
I am offering authority — not tasks.
You will move millions.
You will not be handheld.
Profile of Fit:
- You’ve run point on $10M+ raises or structured developments.
- You are immune to drift, immune to noise.
- You know how to move from interest to investment, from conversation to contract, from maybe to close.
- You understand capital as structure — not just access.
- You’re not waiting for an opportunity. You’ve been waiting for this one.
Compensation:
- Performance-based: You earn on what you close.
- Initial term includes capital share, then expands to equity and command if you install at scale.
- Sovereignty offered. Loyalty expected.
What to do now:
Don’t send me a pitch.
Send me the last capital structure you deployed.
Show me one move you made that secured the money when it mattered.
Tell me what you would do with $47M on the table, a resort town council waiting, and a builder too exhausted to be polite.
If you get it, we move.
If you don’t, do not reply.
