Your mission:

• Take concepts, projects, inbound motion — and convert them into closed, banked, real revenue.
• Install monetization into strategic systems.
• Manage the capture and compression of opportunity into durable MRR.

Profile of the right Operator:

• You have built six-figure pipelines without a brand carrying you.
• You have installed monetization systems without founders babysitting you.
• You understand drift, friction, compression, and consequence — without me explaining them to you.

Proof Required:

• Show me one example of how you turned unstructured opportunity into a revenue system.
• Show me one architecture or install you have codified into cashflow.

If you can't show it — do not respond.

Compensation:

• Base + Revenue Share.
• Performance unlocks Operator Partnership tier (equity, infrastructure, ownership, system expansion).

Interview:

• There is no formal interview.
• If you're serious, I will give you a business to try.
• You will design a capture path.
• If it works — we move.
