The Last Word

I have done what I can do
The last word on Stillman... for now.
Stillman LLP threatened me with a $5M lawsuit, in order to get litigation leverage for another case where they are also using the law to abuse a citizen, for the benefit of their business.
I responded firmly, from the strength of the position they offered me.
I followed every channel available to me, made every contact, filed every complaint, and made it known within every organization and governing body to the federal level.
Silence.
But when I threatened their cash flow?? Every gear moved.
All of them.
At once.
To protect the law firm that threatened me.
Go back and read No Money, No Power. They just gave you another example of how it works.
The problem is, this is standard operating practice. This is how they run their business. This is how they run the law.
People like me get letters like this every day.
Mraiche leverages the weight of Stillman, his lawyers, the Law Society of Alberta, and ALIA, for the benefit of his business, at will.
Weaponising the legal system for profit.
I have referred the matter to the Minister of Justice humbly asking, pleading, for a review.
I have asked the Attorney General of Canada to file the claim on my behalf, for all Canadians, and the continued function of democracy.
My draft Statement of Claim is being amended to be filed in Federal Court.
The only action Jessie, Stillman, or Mraiche has taken after attempting to extort information from me on Nate Pike... is file an insurance claim.
This is how the law works in Canada.
On to more interesting things...
This is what I’m working on. Tell me what you think, I enjoy the conversation! Subscribe and follow the work in real time.
Thanks!

Stillman LLP threatened me to gain leverage in another abuse of process. I followed every channel... silence. I asked the Attorney General to file my claim, for all Canadians. If democracy matters, now’s the time to prove it. This is the last word—for now.
PS -

Stillman LLP’s threat letter wasn’t just bluster—it's a blueprint.
When they moved, I responded with clarity, structure, and force.
If you believe in function over theatre, and that democracy must be defendable, when anyone like Mraiche comes with a weapon, we need to give everyone the tools to say, "Fuck you. No."
